Applications open, reviewed monthly
Each month we choose a small group of people to use Dr. Speron’s Scar Support Treatment for eight weeks and document what happens. We send the product free. You tell us the truth about it.
Scar tissue changes slowly, so we ask for the same picture, taken the same way, every two weeks. It’s the only fair way to see what the treatment is doing.
Week 0
Photograph the scar before your first application.
Week 2
A photo and a line on how your skin feels.
Week 4
A photo, plus a call with your aesthetician if you want one.
Week 6
Same light and same angle as week zero.
Week 8
A final photo and your honest assessment.
Each group is a deliberate mix of scar types and ages, from wounds that closed last month to scars that have been there for years. A large following doesn’t improve your chances. What matters is whether you’ll stay with it for eight weeks.
Physicians and licensed medical professionals are welcome to apply to evaluate the formula for their patients.
Scar types we’re looking for
“Great scar care doesn’t end when a procedure is over. What patients do at home matters.”
They protect you, they protect other shoppers, and they’re what make the reviews worth reading.

Nothing you receive depends on a positive review. We will never ask you to change or remove an unfavorable one.
Amazon doesn’t allow reviews of products received free. Share on our site, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook instead.

Yes. If you’re selected, the full-size tube and the shipping cost you nothing, and there’s no purchase or subscription attached.
No. You can share your photos privately with our team. Posting is welcome, but it’s optional and it doesn’t affect selection.
Tell us. An honest “it did very little” is exactly what this program is for, and it won’t change anything you’ve received.
We review applications once a month and email the people we choose for that month’s group.
No. It’s a product feedback program. It isn’t medical treatment and doesn’t replace advice from your own doctor. If your wound is still open or under a surgeon’s care, check with them before applying.
