From Grove to Glow: Our Process
Our journey begins in expansive, sunlit olive groves located on rolling hills, where olives are grown under optimal conditions. At the peak of ripeness, they are carefully harvested and transported in sacks to our processing facility.
Inside, we use advanced machinery, like our Flottweg separator, to gently press the olives. This modern cold-press technique separates the golden-green oil from the fruit paste without the use of excessive heat or chemicals. The result is a pure, unfiltered oil that is immediately stored in large stainless steel tanks to settle and protect its quality before being prepared for packaging. Finally, it is bottled in our signature dark glass containers, ready to bring a healthy glow to your life.
