59 year old male before, 3 days, 4 weeks, and 6 months after injury of his right forehead. Patient went to the emergency room with flap avulsion and lacerations, and was sutured and stapled in the emergency room by an ER physician. He then saw Dr Speron in clinic and started the Scar Support Treatment. Patient was offered laser treatment, but refused. Patient is very happy with the progress and scarring even though at his 1st visit, he was quite upset and anxious. On the final picture, the scar did heal a bit wide, and he is a candidate for a scar revision, but did not want this. Please remember that scar products cannot really change the final width of a scar from surgery sutures. Final width is determined by the inside stitches done by plastic surgeons.

20 year old female before 11 months after shave excision of left mons (pubic area) seborrheic keratosis. This is an epidermal lesion which means it is 100% outside the skin and can be safely removed with just a shave excision. Most of these do not result in any scarring.
